Latina Equal Pay Day is November 20, 2019. This date represents how far into the year Latina women on average must work to earn what white non-Hispanic men doing substantially the same work earned in the previous year.
Join Rochester speakers, community leaders and advocates to rally for pay equity for Latinas and all other women.
Free and open to all. Light snacks will be provided. Wear green to symbolize pay equity.
