The Pay Equity Coalition invites you to a rally and press conference for Latina Equal Pay Day. Protest the low wages Latinas make - salary secrecy (not knowing what other people are paid) costs Latinas $1 million over their careers. Wear red, because compared to men's earnings, women's pay is in the red.
