2020 Black Women's Equal Pay Day - Sounding the alarm, accepting the challenges

Organized by the Pay Equity Coalition, of which Rochester NOW is a member, the Black Equal Pay Day event is a virtual awareness campaign where all women and allies are asked to SOUND THE ALARM and accept the chalalenge to discuss and combat pay inequities.
Accept the challenge by posting a photo (or photos) and caption or a short video on social media explaining what #BlackWomensEqualPay day means to you and why you feel it is important to sound the alarm. Use #SoundtheAlarm and #BlackWomensEqualPay in your post.
