Just to catch up to what a white male earned in 2018, Latinas need to work all the way into November 2019. African-American women need to work into August 2019. White women need to work until April 19. Average all women’s income and the date is April 2, 2019 - designated Equal Pay Day for all women. Learn more about Pay Equity.
