YWCA Empowering Women Luncheon

The YWCA of Rochester & Monroe County will celebrate 140 years of empowering women and families to find their path to success at their 17th annual Empowering Women Luncheon.  The theme this year is "Be the Change" and will feature Erin Gruwell of The Freedom Writers as the keynote speaker.
